Wigan swoop for goalkeeper Stojkovic

London - Wigan Athletic confirmed on Thursday that they have signed the Serbia goalkeeper Vladimir Stojkovic on loan.
He joins from Sporting Lisbon, where he has struggled for first- team football since July 2007.
Stojkovic will provide cover for Ghanaian keeper Richard Kingson, who will be in Angola for the African Cup of Nations through January.
