Dinamo Zagreb handed point deduction following crowd trouble

Nyon, Switzerland - Dinamo Zagreb have been docked three points by UEFA and ordered to play their next two home European matches behind closed doors as a result of serious crowd trouble at the Croatian club's Europa League game against Timisoara last month. The three-point deduction is effective immediately and is taken from the total number of points achieved by the Croatian club in Group A to date. More than 30 Dinamo fans were arrested following trouble in Timisoara city centre before and during the game on October 1. The club has three days to appeal the decision of UEFA's Control and Disciplinary Body.
