United boss Ferguson rues tough draw
Aug 27, 2009, 21:23 GMT
London - Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson admitted his side faces a tough group in the Champions League, after the draw was made Thursday.
United were grouped with German champions Wolfsburg, CSKA Moscow of Russia and the Turkish side Besiktas.
'These are difficult ties especially the trips to Russia and Turkey,' Ferguson told the club website.
'CSKA have developed strongly in the last few years, and games in Turkey are always difficult. We also know the quality that we're up against with Wolfsburg, with what they achieved in the Bundesliga last season.'
