Aston Villa agree fee for forward Heskey

London - Aston Villa have agreed a fee of 3.5 million pounds (4.8 million dollars) to sign England striker Emile Heskey from Wigan Athletic, the Premier League club announced on Friday.
Villa also said in a short statement on their website that they were now negotiating personal terms with Heskey.
The 31-year-old is out of contract at the end of the season.
Heskey played for Villa manager Martin O'Neill at Leicester City a decade ago.
'It would be very difficult not to support someone who was brilliant for you,' O'Neill told reporters.
'He was a young kid at Leicester and was fantastic. We were desperately disappointed (in 2000) when he moved but he said he wanted to go and play with Michael Owen at Liverpool, but he did his part for Leicester.
'Of course, I have kept an eye on Emile's career. Something levelled at Emile is that he doesn't score enough goals and I am sure he probably thinks exactly the same.
'But it doesn't mean he hasn't made a massive difference in other areas.
'Confidence is always a big thing with Emile. When his confidence is high, he is always a player.'
