The Audi Aspen Winternational WC races concluded with the ladies slalom won by Nicole Hosp of Austria, followed by Tanja Poutiainen, Finland and Kathrin Zettel, also of Austria. After a bomber of snow fell on Aspen, CO over the last 3 days, today's race was run under clear skies and temps in the 30s.
For the USA, Resi Stiegler, in 8th place, led four of her teammates finishing in the top 30. Julia Mancuso was 19th, with Lindsey Vonn, 27th and Kaylin Richardson 28th.
The women now move to St. Moritz, Switzerland for a downhill and super G next weekend.
