Why do people make such a fuss about doping? I remember a while back when my nation's congress wasted millions of tax dollars to hold public hearings about it. Stupid. I say let everyone pump themselves up with as much drugs as possible and let the altered mutants compete with one another. Now THAT would be entertainment. (not that I'd watch any of it...sports are for people of low intelligence)
steroids are what separates the possible from the impossible, if people use steroids, there is no inspiration to ride, the person at the top got there by cheating. and for anyone else to get there, they would have to cheat too.
Caltrop's comment shows low intelligence.
Regarding the article, Floyd Landis has show nothing but class his entire career. To suggest he is a 'drug cheat' before all the facts are in, is irresponsible.
It seems like sportswriters like to write these articles where they bunch people together with what would seem to be similar situations and create a sense of guilt by association. For some reason, there is a great jump to assumption of guilt about Floyd Landis, when all his life he's had the reputation as being a clean, hardworking guy. I would love to read some stories about his situation that took some work, and involved more critical thought. These types of stories take no work to write, and no thinking.
