IAAF offers special athletics worlds webcast for U.S. fans

Monte Carlo - United States athletics fans can watch an unprecedented 58 hours of live coverage from the upcoming world athletics championships for less than five dollars via the internet, the ruling body IAAF announced on Monday. Athletics gets no major live TV coverage in the U.S., which should make the offer attractive for fans. The full live webcast from all competition days August 6-14 in Helsinki, plus background material, is available via the World Championships Sports Network (WCSN), in a unique partnership with MLB Advanced Media (MLBAM), on www.wcsn.com.
