IOC chief Jacques Rogge arrives in Durban for general assembly

Durban - International Olympic Committee (IOC) president Jacques Rogge arrived in Durban on Monday ahead of the vote later this week to decide which city will host the 2018 Winter Games.
The South African coastal town is hosting the 123th general assembly of the IOC.
The organization's executive board will meet later in the day. On Wednesday, the vote takes place to decide where the 2018 Winter Games will be held, with Germany's Munich, the French resort of Annecy and South Korea's Pyeongchang vying for the honour.
The next Winter Games are scheduled for Sochi, Russia in 2014.
