Penguins re-sign Talbot, Christensen

Pittsburgh, PA - The Pittsburgh Penguins announced Thursday that the club has re-signed forwards Max Talbot and Erik Christensen to two- year contracts.
The 23-year-old Talbot registered 13 goals and 11 assists in 75 games last season for the Pens while Christensen, 23, tallied 18 goals and 15 helpers in 61 games.
'Max and Erik both made great strides in helping us reach the playoffs last season,' executive vice president and general manager Ray Shero said, 'and we look forward to continued contributions from them in the future.'
