Cadillac, Garcia leave game against Seahawks

Seattle, WA - Tampa Bay running back Carnell 'Cadillac' Williams left the Buccaneers' 20-6 season-opening loss to the Seattle Seahawks in the third quarter with an apparent rib injury, and quarterback Jeff Garcia also left in the third quarter with an apparent head injury.Williams, who had gained 60 yards on 12 carries, left after taking a hit to his midsection after a four-yard gain with about 10 minutes left in the third quarter and did not return.Garcia left with a head injury later in the third quarter, missed parts of two drives, and re-entered midway through the fourth quarter, but could not lead Tampa Bay back from a 13-point deficit. Luke McCown played in his absence, completing 1-of-4 passes for nine yards.Tampa Bay head coach Jon Gruden said after the game that Garcia will be fine, and that Williams will be evaluated on Monday.© 2007 The Sports Network
