Mar 24, 2007, 1:20 GMT
Tempe, AZ - The Arizona Cardinals announced Friday that they have signed fullback Terrelle Smith and defensive lineman Chris Cooper to two-year contracts.
Smith is an Arizona State alum who appeared in all 16 games for the Cleveland Browns last season. The seven-year pro has appeared in 107 games between New Orleans and Cleveland since being taken in the fourth round of the 2000 NFL Draft, blocking for the likes of Ricky Williams, Deuce McAllister and Reuben Droughns.
Cooper played for the Cardinals last season, compiling 23 tackles in 13 games. Originally a sixth-round draft choice by Oakland in 2001, Cooper was released by Seattle last September after just two games.
