Hall of Fame Inductee Luc Robitaille delivered an emotional acceptance speech at the Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony in Toronto this Monday evening.

Robitaille thanked his family and fans in a speech that revealed "Lucky Luc's" love of the game.
His mother Madeleine, and father, Claude, were noted, and he asked his dad, "Don't cry, dad," he said, seeing tears. "You're going to make me cry." ESPN reports that Luc made a point to thank his youth coaches and the King scout who persuaded the organization to take on Luc.
The Los Angeles Kings did sign him in 1984 and Lucky Luc went on to become the highest-scoring left wing in NHL history with 668 goals and 1,394 points.
"There was one person that believed in me," he shared of Kings scout Alex Smart. "Thank you for giving me a great life."
The fans of Los Angeles and Kings owner Bruce McNall were thanked, as were current owner Phil Anschutz, Kings governor Tim Leiweke and General Manager Dean Lombardi.
