Jazz hand qualifying offers to Brown, Miles

Salt Lake City, UT - The Utah Jazz made qualifying offers on Friday to guards C.J. Miles and Dee Brown, making both players restricted free agents.
Brown averaged 1.9 points in 49 games as a rookie, but hiked that mark to 7.6 points over the final five contests of the regular season. Miles has appeared in 60 games, including 13 starts, over two seasons with the Jazz, and has averaged three points.
