Ferrari's Brawn expects Schumacher decision on his future by June

Stuttgart, Germany - Ferrari technical director Ross Brawn believes Michael Schumacher will let the Formula One team know by 'May or June' whether he intends driving for the Italian marque beyond this season.

'Talks are taking place at the moment. It is for Schumacher to decide,' Brawn told Sunday's Frankfurter Allgemeine newspaper. 'We haven't set him a deadline.'

Seven-time world champion Schumacher has said on several occasions that he will decide by mid-season whether he will continue his career in 2007.

Brawn said he sees no reason for the 37-year-old German to retire.

'Michael is as motivated as ever,' he said.
