From Monsters and Critics.com Minor League Baseball Ottawa, ON - Brandon Watson extended his hitting streak to 43 games on Sunday, breaking a record that stood for 95 years in the International League. Watson was only 1-for-5 in a 9-8, 11-inning Clippers loss to Ottawa but his leadoff single off J.D. Durbin in the sixth made history. Watson is batting .360 with 10 RBI during his streak which began May 1.
