Kruger released from hospital

Las Vegas, NV - UNLV men's basketball head coach Lon Kruger was released from the hospital on Monday, and is now home recovering from last week's sextuple bypass surgery.'The surgery was very successful. I would also like to thank everyone who has called with their well wishes. They are all much appreciated. I look forward to being back to full speed at the appropriate time,' said Kruger.Kruger is expected to be back to his normal schedule in the next four-to-six weeks.© 2007 The Sports Network
