Eastern Washington's Stuckey declares for NBA Draft
Apr 26, 2007, 0:45 GMT
Cheney, WA - Eastern Washington sophomore guard Rodney Stuckey declared himself eligible for the NBA Draft on Wednesday.
Stuckey averaged 24.6 points per game to lead the Big Sky last season and received honorable mention All-American honors for his efforts. Stuckey, who also averaged 5.52 assists and 2.45 steals, will not hire an agent, leaving the option to withdraw his name and return to school.
'I just think it's the best thing for me to do and I just want to see where I am out there,' said Stuckey. 'I still have the option to come back to school, but it's still a good thing to hear what people have to say.'
