Williams next scored on a baseline jumper with 1:13 remaining, but Tarver responded on a jumper from the foul line with 42.5 seconds left to make it a four-point game.
Arizona botched the inbound pass, turning the ball over to the Beavers under its own basket. Tarver got fouled and converted both free throws with 38.2 seconds left to cut Oregon State's deficit to just two.
Jawann McClellan got fouled with 27.7 seconds left and hit both free throws to make it a two-possession game again. Mustafa Shakur then forced a Beavers turnover, and Radenovic converted a pair of free throws.
Roeland Schaftenaar hit on a long jumper from the left wing with 7.5 seconds remaining, but Radenovic then hit another pair of free throws a second later to seal the win.
