Cabrera takes over lead in Masters

Augusta, Georgia - Argentine Angel Cabrera moved into the lead at the Masters on Saturday when he carded a five-under round of 67 to go eight-under for the tournament.
The 2009 champion leads by a shot over Australian Adam Scott, who also played a 67 in the third round on the course at the Augusta National Golf Club.
Scott managed six birdies and an eagle, but also dropped three shots on a morning in which many players found scoring easy.
Scott, whose only previous sub-70 round came in his ninth appearance at the Masters last year when he carded a 69 in the first round, said that it remained a dream to play in the tournament.
'I spent my whole childhood watching Greg Norman compete here in Augusta.
'Traditionally, Saturday is moving day and that is what I needed to do. Seems I moved into contention. Everything fell into place and it was good getting momentum going and keeping it throughout.'
He said he did not want to think about what could happen in the final round. 'I just want to play well and then go into the last nine and see what happens.'
In third place is Bo van Pelt, whose only bogey in his round came on the 18th for a 68 on the day.
Bubba Watson, who is one of the longest hitters on the tour, managed seven birdies, but also gave away two bogies as he finished with a 67 for five-under to lie five-under for the tournament.
Out on the course overnight leader Rory McIlroy dropped a shot on the fifth after managing a birdie on the fourth. He then dropped the tenth and was lying on nine under after 12 holes.
Australian Jason Day, who went into the round two shots behind, at one stage was leading by a shot, but then bogeyed the sixth and seventh to be on nine-under at the turn-around. He stayed on nine- under through 12.
Tiger Woods, meanwhile, was not making the putts that he needed to play himself to the front and after dropping a shot on the first, he birdied the third to go back to seven-under, but then bogeyed the fourth to lie four behind the leader.
