Crans-sur-Sierre, Switzerland - Spain's Miguel Angel Jimenez clinched the European Masters with a three-shot lead over Italian Ryder Cup team-mate Edoardo Molinari on Sunday.
Jimenez, 46, carded a final round 67, the same as Molinari, to finish 21 under par at Crans-sur-Sierre.
Italy's 17-year-old Matteo Manassero was third, 16 under and three ahead of South Korea's Noh Seung Yul.
It was a third European tour win this season following Dubai and France and the first at Crans-sur-Sierre for Jimenez who was making his 22nd successive appearance at the course.
After shooting a career-best 10-under-par 61 on Friday, Jimenez went into the final day with a three-shot lead which he increased to six by the 11th.
Molinari glimpsed a chance when he moved within one shot with an eagle on the 15th. But he then bogeyed the 16th while Jimenez salvaged par, birdied the next and finished with a par to seal the victory.
