F1 team HRT sign Spain's Clos as test driver

Madrid - Spanish Formula One team HRT has signed local Dani Clos as test driver for the upcoming season.
HRT team principal Luis Perez Sala said in a statement on Monday named Clos, who comes from GP2 racing and took part in the F1 Young Driver Test in November, 'a quick, talented driver.'
The 23-year-old Clos said: 'It is a great step in my career, something that I have dreamt of all my life and, finally, my dream is starting to come true ... What they're achieving is very important for motorsport in our country and has a lot of potential.'
HRT are the smallest team in the sport and yet to win a championship point in two seasons. Their drivers are Spaniard Pedro de la Rosa and Narain Karthikeyan of India.
