Nov 11, 2011, 10:17 GMT
Abu Dhabi - Pastor Maldonado will lose 10 places on the starting grid for Sunday's Abu Dhabi Formula One Grand Prix because he needs a ninth engine for the season in his Williams.
Under F1 rules, each driver can use eight engines in a season, and any use of additional ones results in a grid penalty. Maldonado will lose 10 places from his placing in Saturday's qualifying.
