Trulli extends contract with Lotus by a year

Monza, Italy - Formula One team Lotus has extended the contract with driver Jarno Trulli by a year, the team said on Sunday.
Trulli's contract with the Anglo-Malaysian team was due to expire at the end of this season, but team principal Tony Fernandes said that they had extended the contract by a year.
'We are happy that we have managed to reach an agreement with Jarno,' Fernandes said, while Trulli added that he was keen to help the team develop further.
'I am happy about the contract extension,' he said.
