Sep 9, 2011, 11:40 GMT
Monza, Italy - Formula One world champions Red Bull have extended their engine partnership deal with Renault for a further five years, the Formula One team said Friday.
Red Bull and Renault have been partners since 2007. The team won both the constructors' and drivers' titles with Sebastian Vettel last year and are on course for a repeat this year.
The new deal will run to 2017 and see the two sides working together on new technology for the 1.6-litre V6 turbo engines F1 will use from 2014.
Renault will also power the Renault team, Williams and Team Lotus in F1 next year.
