Edmonton, AB - Winnipeg receiver Milt Stegall caught a 15- yard touchdown pass with 31 seconds left in regulation to tie the CFL's all- time TD mark as well as the game, as the Blue Bombers and Edmonton Eskimos battled to a 39-39 stalemate.
Edmonton quarterback Ricky Ray hit Kamau Peterson for a four-yard touchdown pass that gave the Eskimos a 32-25 lead with just under three minutes left in the fourth.
Winnipeg, though, answered as Kevin Glenn found Stegall in the back of the end zone for his 137th career touchdown, tying him with George Reed and Mike Pringle for the all-time lead.
The teams traded scores in the first overtime as Ray hooked up with Jason Tucker on a 16-yard connection for his fifth TD pass of the game, and Winnipeg tailback Carlos Roberts scored from two yards out for his fourth score of the game.
However, both field goal kickers missed badly on their attempts in the second overtime and the teams settled for a tie.
Ray completed 33-of-42 passes for 394 yards and Tyler Ebell ran 16 times for 132 yards for Edmonton. T.J. Acree had nine catches for 123 yards.
Stegall finished with seven catches for 126 yards while Glenn completed 29- of-44 passes for 416 yards for Winnipeg. Roberts ended with 17 carries for 93 yards.
Edmonton took the opening kickoff and marched 65 yards on seven plays, scoring on Ray's short touchdown pass to Ebell. Sean Fleming's 63-yard single made it 8-0 Eskimos.
Roberts then broke free for a 56-yard TD run to get Winnipeg on the scoreboard with 5:08 left in the opening quarter. Edmonton, though answered with a 10- play, 74-yard scoring drive that culminated on Ray's five-yard touchdown pass to Jason Tucker with 14 seconds left in the quarter that made it 15-7.
Stegall receptions of 49 and 13 yards in the second quarter set up Roberts' second score that brought the Blue Bombers within a point. Ray answered with a 63-yard bomb to Trevor Gaylor that made it 22-14 Edmonton.
Roberts, however, plunged across the goal line with just under two minutes left in the half to bring Winnipeg back within a point.
The scoring settled down in the second half as a Pat Fleming single early in the third tied it before Sean Fleming hit a 39-yard field goal as time expired in the third quarter to put Edmonton back in front.
Troy Westwood kicked a 34-yarder early in the fourth to tie it at 25-25.

Ray completed 19-of-22 passes for 274 yards and three touchdowns in the first half...Sean Fleming went 1-for-3 on field goals, while Westwood went 1-for-4.
