Marion Jones has had the courage that not many in today's world of 'record breaking' athletes have, to admit that she has done something wrong. I agree that ignorance of the law is no excuse for her.The fact that she has told the truth now on her own (it seems), as she had been given the clean chit earlier when her 2nd sample for EPO was negative, and she is openly expressing her feeling of gulit and regret should not make her a lame duck for all those bigwigs of corporate sporting world who are hogging the limelight today to belittle her.WADA 'chief' Dick can have his Pound of flesh and Lamine Diack can claim all the glory for 'exposing' athletes using performance enhancing drugs but all the 'Kings Men' cashing on this controversy should have a look at their dirty faces in the mrror first. Diack and Dick want to bestow Marion Jones 100 m gold from Sydney on runner up Greek Thanou....we all know how 'clean' she is ....at least Jones did not play all those antics the Greeks played when they were being tested for these designer drugs and who still have their medals with them???
