Disney's 'On The Record' Original Cast Recording Details

From the Broadway producers of "The Lion King" and "Beauty and the Beast" comes On The Record, a new stage musical revue that sparkles with over 60 of the most beloved songs ever written from some of the most popular films ever made, including "The Little Mermaid," "Aladdin," "Disney's TARZAN(R)," "The Hunchback of Notre Dame," "Sleeping Beauty," "Dumbo," "Peter Pan," "Pinocchio," "Lady and the Tramp," "Cinderella" and "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs." Showcasing a musical legacy spanning over 75 years of Disney films, productions and attractions, "On The Record" appeals to Disney fans of all ages. On March 15th, Walt Disney Records celebrates the magical music from this extraordinary show with the release of a 2-disc original cast recording.

"On The Record" whisks you to an enchanted recording studio, where a group of performers and musicians are brought together to record some of the most beloved songs of all time. "On The Record" is all the Disney music you could wish for, performed by some of Broadway's brightest stars. The original cast recording features Ashley Brown, Kaitlin Hopkins, Andrew Samonsky, Brian Sutherland, Meredith Inglesby, Andy Karl, Tyler Maynard, Keewa Nurullah, Josh Franklin, Leigh Ann Larkin, Koh Mochizuki, and Lyn Philistine.

The "On the Record" original cast recording will be available March 15, 2005.
