Starting Monday, May 5th, you can catch the food fights and glory of Iron Chef Japan every weeknight at 11pm on the Fine Living Network. One Iron Chef. One challenger. One surprise ingredient. Mix together in Kitchen Stadium and watch the battle of skills and creativity that ensues. In the spirit of Sun Tzu's "Art of War", guest panel judges the dishes to determine who is victorious and who is vanquished.
