Superman trivia: 'Desperate Housewives' has brought, in addition to Teri Hatcher of 'Lois & Clark' fame, another former Lois Lane to their program. Lesley Ann Warren played the role of the Daily Planet reporter in ABC-TV's 1975 musical production of 'It's A Bird, It's A Plane, It's Superman!' (Though she's probably like to forget it.)

Also, she screen-tested for Lois in 'Superman-The Movie', a bit of which can be seen on the movie's DVD.
