Greer Joins Downright Depraved Big Brother

London/UK:The contestants for "Celebrity Big Brother" in the UK have been announced and the action kicked off yesterday.The contestants this year include "Happy Mondays" dancer Bez, racing pundit John McCririck, underwear model Caprice, author Germaine Greer, musician Kenzie, DJ Lisa I'Anson with actors Brigitte Nielsen and Jeremy Edwards completing the lineup.Greer is a bit of surprise given she once described the show as "downright depraved." However it seems she has had a change of heart and said her only concern was that she slept naked and might be embarrassed if she "gets off" with some other housemate.Happy Monday’s dancer Bez, infamous for his drug use, is favourite to win the new series. Ladbrokes spokesman Warren Lush said: "Bookies aren't raving mad to make Bez favourite to win. "He's likely to be the most unpredictable housemate but he has a cult following that could bring him victory."Greer meantime is the rank outsider at 16-1.Some of the takings from the telephone voting will go towards aid for the Asian tsunami disaster.
