Kate Gosselin will sue those who bully her via social media, it was reported.

Radaronline reports that the reality TV mom is part of a class-action lawsuit against many people who have attacked and threatened her online.

Radar states Gosselin will sue: “She is 100 percent in."

According to Radar, James McGibney, who runs the BullyVille website, has unearthed the identities of Kate’s attackers and announced the lawsuit earlier, citing “death threats, pedophilia claims, theft & documented stalking.”

McGibney claims he obtained the identities legally, and provided "a step-by-step guide" for how he dug up the information, according to the website.

“We’ve done nothing illegal,” he told Radar. “We are very good researchers. To get the info was super easy.”

“We go after notorious bullies,” McGibney told Radar exclusively, saying the worst offenders, some who have sent over 72,000 tweets, are “absolutely vicious to Kate.”
