Kelly Osbourne reported to be stable after fainting during E! Fashion Police taping

This has not been an easy year for mama Sharon Osbourne, after her son Jack came public with a Multiple Sclerosis disclosure, the former "America's Got Talent" judge's pretty daughter Kelly Osbourne fell ill today while filming "Fashion Police."
 

Kelly Osbourne suffered a seizure as had to be hospitalized on Thursday, TMZ reports.

The 28-year-old Fashion Police star was feeling ill during a taping of her show when filming was stopped. Osbourne fell out of her chair and began suffering a seizure. Melissa Rivers, who was filling in for Giuliana Rancic, was able to help Osbourne to the ground.

After Osbourne suffered her seizure, a member of the audience reportedly rushed to the stage to give her aid. Photographed with sheets shielding the "Fashion Police" star as she was loaded into an ambulance, Osbourne was then transported to a Los Angeles Hospital.

"Kelly Osbourne fainted on the set of E!'s Fashion Police today. She was taken to a local hospital for further testing and is awake, alert and in stable condition. She will be staying overnight for observation as a precautionary measure. There are no further details at this time," said her rep.
