Showbiz Tonight previews Hollywood's biggest night, the Academy Awards, when HLN airs Showbiz Road to Gold anchored by host A.J. Hammer on Saturday, February 23 at 1:00 pm, ET., with an encore on Sunday, February 24 at 1:00pm ET.

The program will feature a Showbiz Countdown of the “Top 5 Must-See” things to look out for at the Oscars.  

The special will feature interviews with “Best Actor in a Leading Role” nominee Denzel Washington (Flight), “Best Actress in a Leading Role” nominee Jennifer Lawrence (Silver Linings Playbook) and host of the 85th annual Academy Awards show, Seth MacFarlane. Dave Levine is the executive producer of Showbiz Road to Gold

On CNN Sunday, February 24, Piers Morgan will host Hollywood's Biggest Night: The Road to Gold  from 6-7:30pm ET live from the red carpet at Hollywood’s Dolby Theatre.

Contributors to the special include CNN’s Alina Cho and Nischelle Turner, HLN’s AJ Hammer, and Elle Magazine’s Creative Director Joe Zee. From 12-1:00am ET, Piers will host And The Winner Is... A Piers Morgan Tonight Special from inside Hollywood’s famous Roosevelt Hotel, with an encore at 2:00am ET and 4:00am ET. 

This one hour special will feature celebrity interviews and an up close look at all the memorable moments from Hollywood’s biggest night of the year.
