One of the newest Bravo Beverly Hills housewives, Brandi Glanville, is signing books in LA at the famous Grove on February 20.
She’s the brutally honest newcomer on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, known for her dramatic divorce, her barely-there clothing, her high noon moment at SUR restaurant with one of her ex husband's mistresses and her inability to keep her mouth shut. So why should she change now? Brandi Glanville tells all in a hilarious, no-holds-barred memoir.
To celebrate her new book, "Drinking and Tweeting And Other Brandi Blunders," the leggy blonde will take time out from her LeAnn Rimes slug fest to sign copies of the book for fans.
Other Beverly Hills Housewives are expected to be there to support Brandi, including one of the original 90210 housewives, Grace Robbins, who was married for 30 years to the late Harold Robbins, the most successful fiction writer in the world.
Coincidentally, Robbins has penned a saucy tell-all memoir "Cinderella and the Carpetbagger" that was tailor-made for a feature film. Robbins and producer Gilbert Holmes tell M&C that the ideal star to portray Robbins is Kevin Spacey. The female lead of Grace? "If Lindsay Lohan cleaned up her act, and really focused on acting instead of having fun, I would love to see her styled to play me," says Grace.
Like Ms. Glanville, Grace understands the sting of a public divorce and having to start from scratch. It's no surprise that her book launch party will be at the Real Housewife of Beverly Hills alpha brunette, Lisa Vanderpump's SUR restaurant in Beverly Hills this April 2013.
Fans of Brandi know all too well her heartache since her husband of eight years abandoned her and their two sons to marry country singer LeAnn Rimes after the two met on a Lifetime movie set for a TV movie.
In her new book, "Drinking and Tweeting And Other Brandi Blunders," Brandi spills the beans about her side of the split, she shares the horrific shock that took her from practically being homeless to the swanky settings of Beverly Hills.
Brandi hails from the outskirts of Sacramento and stumbled into a successful modeling career that swept her into a world of Paris Fashion Weeks, private jets, and a life similar for a brief moment to Robbins whose yacht saw the likes of every major actor of the day, with orgiastic parties of sex, drugs and rock and roll.
And like Grace, Brandi was the perfect Hollywood trophy wife—at least until her marriage exploded.
As fans know, Brandi Glanville officially joined the cast of Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in season three and quickly became the show’s most outrageous breakout star. She lives with her two sons, Mason and Jake.
Make sure to catch Grace Robbins (Cinderella and the Carpetbagger) and Brandi Glanville at BARNES & NOBLE, 189 The Grove Drive, Los Angeles, CA at 7:00PM
