Tonight's picks: AMC's Real Original Thursdays 'Immortalized' and “Freakshow” (VIDEOS)

We are tuning in tonight to AMC's original new television shows "Freakshow" and “Immortalized,” premiering this Thursday, February 14th.

What better way to spend Valentine's Day? The show is part of the network's new programming night of original unscripted series that showcase distinct storytelling exploring authentic characters and original worlds.

Bonus is that AMC's Real Original Thursdays will kick off with “Freakshow” at 9:30pm and followed by “Immortalized,” produced by Gary Auerbach, Julie Auerbach, and Tina Gazzerro, showing at 10/9c pm.

"Immortalized” delves into experiencing one of the world’s oldest art forms: Taxidermy.  Featured for the first time on the small screen, taxidermy's new breed of Rogue artists will have the opportunity to showcase their creative interpretation as they attempt to perfect this centuries-old art form in a battle of glory and pride.

AMC's unscripted series brings viewers into the captivating and provocative world of creative and competitive taxidermy. "Immortalized" explores the passionate detail and artistic expression that goes into creating this compelling art. Each episode will feature one of four highly regarded "Immortalizers" facing off against a "Challenger" in a competition. Their task is to create a piece to be judged on three criteria: originality, craftsmanship and interpretation of the designated theme. Whether the artists are known for their classic or rogue creations, each week they will work to perfect this centuries-old art form in an unprecedented battle.
