TV stars come out for Family Equality Council Awards Dinner

The Family Equality Council Awards Dinner last night brought out some of the biggest stars from the smallscreen.

Saturday, February 9th, 2013, The Family Equality Council held its annual awards dinner honoring notables in the world of arts, entertainment, politics, and the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) community for their efforts to advance equality for all families. 

NBC was this year’s honoree for its consistent and positive representation of parents who are LGBT in primetime television along with celebrity and industry influencers including Glee’s Darren Criss, comedian Molly Shannon, Sean Hayes, and NBC’s The New Normal star, Andrew Rannells.  Guests got the chance to meet LGBT activists, celebrities, and major influencers in the community.                             

Celebrity and honoree attendees include NBC Chairman Bob Greenblatt, Rumer Willis, Jane Lynch (Glee), Lisa Kudrow, Darren Criss (Glee), Sean Hayes (Up All Night), Molly Shannon (Comedian), Andrew Rannell (The New Normal), Chris Kluwe (Minnesota Vikings), Kyle Richards (The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills), Brandi Glanville (The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills), Camille Grammer (The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills) , Gretchen Rossi (The Real Housewives of Orange County), Tamera Barney (The Real Housewives of Orange County) and many more!

The Family Equality Council connects, supports, and represents the one million parents who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender in this country and their two million children.
