Skinnygirl brand mogul and reality TV star Bethenny Frankel wept on Ellen DeGeneres's chat show over her "failure" in the wake of her split from husband Jason Hoppy.
Frankel sat down with DeGeneres for Tuesday's episode of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" and revealed her spin on the split.
"I've had kind of the best-worst year ever. So I have to [take] the highs and the lows." She says, "Just going through something personal, you have so many different emotions. I feel like a bit of a disappointment to all of you, and I feel like a failure."
Frankel began her rise to fame as a Real Housewife who spun off into her own reality series. She branded her books and then margarita mix into a real empire.
Jan. 5, Ms. Frankel filed for divorce after three years of marriage that produced one child.
The next TV project for the former Skating with the Stars participant is a daytime talk show, "Bethenny," which premieres on Fox later this year.
