Denis Leary and Comedy Central teamed up for an irreverent look at Christmas, done with a good cause in mind.

All the Christmas tropes are covered: Santa Claus mania; sparkly tinsel and lights, excited children, and a big turkey dinner with the family can inspire warm and fuzzy feelings.

Denis Leary starred in the hilarious Christmas comedy film "The Ref", that also took aim at the holiday foibles of too much cheer and not enough goodwill.

His book, Merry F***in' Christmas, is an adult read, a hilarious anti-holiday "children's book," in the vein of 'Twas the Night Before Christmas, as it features brand new verses and original stop-motion animation art.

In classic Leary style, he riffs on drunken Santas and cranky elves to irritating family members and even holiday consumerism.

The Leary Firefighters Foundation

The Leary Firefighters Foundation was established in 2000 by Denis Leary in response to a tragic fire in Worcester, Massachusetts that claimed the lives of Leary's cousin, a childhood friend, and four other firefighters. The Leary Firefighters Foundation's mission is to provide funding and resources for Fire Departments to obtain the best available equipment, technology and training.
