Golf Channel poignant original series, 'Our Longest Drive,' finale preview (VIDEO)

Their journey covers more than 5,500 miles across seven U.S. states, two Canadian provinces and two Canadian territories in an RV. Their mission is to honor their fallen friend through the game they love, despite the hardships they face while travelling together in an RV.

The six-part series follows three friends from Chicago as they travel from their hometown to the Arctic Circle in honor of their deceased friend.

Their journey covers more than 5,500 miles across seven U.S. states, two Canadian provinces and two Canadian territories in an RV. Their mission is to honor their fallen friend through the game they love, despite the hardships they face while travelling together in an RV.

Vic Zast is a member at Westmoreland Country Club in Wilmette, IL, where this foursome of friends played golf together for more than 20 years. Vic pitched the idea for the trip to his pals to honor their friend Mike Allen and play golf with him one more time.

The gorup includes Dan Johnson and Jim Thompson, a man who faces his own personal challenges along the way.

The final member of the foursome is the deceased, Mike Allen.

The finale airs Tuesday Nov. 27 on The Golf Chanel.
