Halle Berry, Kevin Nealon at Yo Gabba Gabba!'s new 50+ city live tour

Berry, 46, and her current beau Olivier Martinez were together when a physical altercation with Nahla\'s dad, French-Canadian model Gabriel Aubry happened this Thanksgiving holiday.

Just a day after watching her ex and her fiance assault each other, actress Halle Berry and 4-year-old daughter, Nahla were guests of the Yo Gabba Gabba! LIVE! Get the Sillies Out show at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles.

Berry, 46, and her current beau Olivier Martinez were together when a physical altercation with Nahla's dad, French-Canadian model Gabriel Aubry happened this Thanksgiving holiday.

Aubry allegedly "initiated" the fight after dropping off his daughter to spend Thanksgiving with Berry and Martinez. US Weekly reports that Martinez, 46, and Aubry, 36, were both briefly hospitalized for injuries sustained and Aubry was arrested on an investigation for battery charge; he was released on $20,000 bail, with a Dec. 13 court date scheduled.

Despite the fracas, Berry took her daughter to the Yo Gabba Gabba! LIVE!: Get The Sillies Out show today with her daughter Nahla.
