Science Channel is giving viewers their fill of engaging, thought-provoking programming throughout Thanksgiving Week with a wealth of new premieres that are highlighted by the network’s annual Thanksgiving Night special – PUNKIN CHUNKIN. Science Channel’s Thanksgiving Week includes:FRINGE
Tuesday, November 20 from 8-11 PM ET/PT
Daylong Marathons on Friday, November 23 and Saturday, November 24
The critically-acclaimed franchise returns to its very beginning with an expanded examination of actual fringe science that only Science Channel can provide. Science Channel is airing all five seasons of FRINGE in 2012 and 2013, starting with the network premiere of the two-hour pilot and first episode on Tuesday, November 20, 2012, from 8-11 PM (ET/PT). To celebrate the premiere, Science Channel is continuing season one of FRINGE with daylong marathons on Friday, November 23 from 10:30 AM – 11 PM (ET/PT) and Saturday, November 24 from 11:30 AM – 11 PM (ET/PT). Following the marathon, FRINGE will air regularly every Tuesday night from 8-11 PM (ET/PT) beginning on Tuesday, November 27 with season two.

Celebrating its fifth year on Science Channel, this fall favorite has become a Thanksgiving tradition, served up alongside turkey, mashed potatoes, and (of course) pumpkin pie. MYTHBUSTERS’ Kari Byron, Grant Imahara, and Tory Belleci join as hosts of PUNKIN CHUNKIN, going behind the firing line to get up-close with the wacky weekend warriors as they compete for the title of: ‘Lord Of The Gourd’.
