'Pretty Little Liars' Halloween Special and fourth season pickup

The A-list girls of ABC Family are on a roll, another season green lit for the Awesome lAdies of "Pretty Little LiArs.

'Pretty Little Liars' is officially renewed for a fourth season for more ‘A’dventures.

ABC Family president Michael Riley announced on Thursday that the show will return for 24 episodes set to air beginning in mid-2013.

Also coming is the "Pretty Little Liars" Halloween special on Tuesday, Oct. 23 at 8 p.m. as part of ABC Family's "13 Nights of Halloween" event.

Then, the second half of Season 3 will air beginning in January 2013.  Season 4 is set to debut over the summer.

The Halloween special is titled "This Is a Dark Ride" with guest star Adam Lambert at the Rosewood Halloween Party, where he'll perform "Trespassing" and "Cuckoo" from his latest album.

Aria, Emily, Hanna, and Spencer have decided to have some "good old Halloween fun" except they take a wrong turn. "Once aboard the Rosewood Ghost Train, the girls are in for much more than just some childish trick or treats. With 'A' running amuck and unexpected party-goers popping up at every turn, this Halloween event becomes one killer party," says ABC Family..
