On today’s episode of “Joy Behar: Say Anything!” at 6pm ET on Current TV (re-airs at 9pm ET), actress and activist Susan Sarandon talks to host Joy Behar about the leaked video of Mitt Romney, in which he said that 47 percent of the country "believe that they are victims." Her reaction: “I’m so entertained. I’m very happy he’s so entertaining.”
They go on to talk more in depth about the economy and government programs.
Said Sarandon, “I think that right now things are so hard because of the Administration—the Bush Administration they came in when there was so much money and then went into these wars and then everything else—people are trying to get their head above water.
And so they hate the idea that they think someone [else] is going to get a handout because they’re holding down two jobs. And I understand that. And that they think they’re just going to take the bed from their dying mother, but that’s not really where you should be looking—that’s a little bit of spin. You have to help the economy and then people will be In good shape.”
