Sherri Shepherd Guest Stars An All New Episode of 'The Soul Man' (VIDEO)

Lolli’s (Niecy Nash) tea party for the church ladies heats up when Boyce’s cousin Nikki (Sherri Shepherd) spikes the punch.

Tune in alert for The Soul Man, as guest star Sherri Shepherd in “The God-Fathers” as Boyce (Cedric the Entertainer) is put to the test by the Council of United Leaders of Faith – “made men” who can either "make it or break it" for Boyce and his church.

The Soul Man revolves around Cedrics character, Reverend Boyce The Voice Ballentine, an R&B superstar-turned-minister who takes over as preacher of his father's church.

Niecy Nash stars as the reverends wife, Lolli. The pilot also features John Beasley as his father, Wesley Jonathan as his younger brother, and Jazz Raycole as his daughter. The character of Reverend Boyce originated on a second season episode of Hot in Cleveland in which Cedric guest-starred. Watch The Soul Man Wednesdays at 10PM/9C.
