Elected the most famous celebrity by Forbes, Jennifer Lopez shed a husband and gained mega-stardom this year.

The 42-year-old mother of two and multi-hyphenate star flicked off Indonesia's most unwanted star Lady Gaga from the top spot of Forbes magazine's annual Celebrity 100 list.

Lopez clocked in at number 50 last year - but thanks to her high public profile in music, movies, as a judge on FOX's 'American Idol' and other endorsement deals, with her income topping $52 million, newly single Jennifer Lopez is smoking the competition and back with a vengeance.

Vogue features Lopez on their April issue, and sent Monsters and Critics' some choice comments regarding her from "American Idol" co-judge Steven Tyler:

"One of the other joys of watching the show is the chemistry between the three judges. 'I really love them,' she says. 'You look to your left and your right and you see a smile and feel the warmth. It’s a good feeling.' Naturally, Steven Tyler takes this a bit further. 'Jennifer freaks me out every time I’m around her,' he says. 'By the time all three of us are muffed and buffed and puffed I think we’re all sexually attracted to each other, first and foremost. There’s a lot of healthy adult sexuality going on up there. But what’s deeper than that is our music and what we know about music. And Jennifer is such an alpha-female. She comes off as very strong, with a lot of conviction, and very believable. Hence, the American public has fallen in love with her.'
