TLC is busting out some extra eye popping TV this May, as "Birth Moms" and "Obese & Expecting" airs May 17.
  
Fat Bastard TV is large and in charge as TLC is heading into the delivery room with two hour-long specials about challenging pregnancies on Thursday, May 17 beginning at 9 PM ET/PT.

Maria, Alissa, Denise, and Jeanette are four moms-to-be with a common problem: morbid obesity.

This hour-long special dives deep into their pregnancy struggles and hopes of delivering healthy babies. These women challenge the odds of obese pregnancies, as they become mothers, no matter their size or complications. Through major health crises, excessive weight gain and relationship drama, these moms-to-be share it all on OBESE & EXPECTING.

BIRTH MOMS Premieres Thursday, May 17 at 10 PM ET/PT
BIRTH MOMS is an up close and unbelievably personal look into the agonizing dilemma that begins with an unwanted pregnancy – should I give my baby up? This one-hour special focuses on the lives of three pregnant young women living at an adoption center in Utah while struggling with the decision about whether or not to put their babies up for adoption.

Tensions run high as this diverse group of women from around the country interact with each other during this tumultuous time. Follow these troubled mothers-to-be on their journey to childbirth while witnessing face-to-face meetings with prospective adoptive parents who desperately want a child and the gut wrenching moment when each birth mom must finally decide if they will give their baby up for adoption.
