***"Sons of Anarchy" star Michael Marisi Ornstein (Chucky) has isalso a respected fine artist.

One of my favorite characters from 'Anarchy' is “Chucky” the OCD onanistic fingerless aide de camp taken in by SAMCRO and company.

Chucky has become an integral character in a cast full of heavyweights.

Actor Michael Marisi Ornstein is more than a thespian; he is also an accomplished artist and photographer who writes stripped down and poignant poetry to accompany many of his stunning visual imagery.

Michael’s interpretation of the Chucky character has elevated what could have been a forgettable secondary character in the violent and gritty FX drama. Ornstein turned his moments into cryptic comedic gold, allowing the revved up SOA cast a moment to relieve some of the tense scenes.

Michael mainly makes his own paints from high quality pigments and uses canvas, metals, plastics, glass and wood.

He also uses spray paint, dyes, ink, sand, stones, dirt and even fire.

Lately, it's been spray on plastic and hand-mixed pigments on wood.

His photographs are captured with an iPhone using basic in-camera color filters with no cropping or manipulation whatsoever. Ornstein has released his spring art collection, the medium in spray paint on plastic (waterproof paintings) each, 24x36."
