From NGC:
America the Wild: Wolverine King Premieres Sunday, March 11, 2012, at 8 p.m. ET/PT Hugh Jackman may have popularized the wolverine Hollywood style, but in the wilds of real life, what do these mysterious creatures look like and how do they hunt and travel?
Bracing himself against the frozen wilds of Alaska and British Columbia, Casey Anderson is on a “mission impossible” to capture never-before-seen footage of wolverines as they hunt and interact with other wildlife across the vast, untracked wilderness.
Many of the world’s foremost wolverine experts have gotten only brief glimpses of the creatures in their natural habitat, so Casey’s work is cut out for him. Putting his own safety against the wolverine’s ferocious reputation, Casey manages to forge a unique face-to-face bond with Jasper, a captive-raised wolverine, to separate fact from fiction and learn the truth about these notorious carnivores.

“Wolverine to the Rescue” - Casey gets buried in a snowdrift, only to get pulled out by a tenacious wolverine.
America the Wild: Grand Canyon Safari Premieres Monday, March 12, 2012, at 9 p.m. ET/PT
Peering over the North Rim of Arizona’s Grand Canyon into a mile-deep chasm that stretches 18 miles across, Casey begins his trek into the Southwest desert of the United States.
Trailhead signs warn unprepared hikers of death from dehydration, exposure and exhaustion, but life in the desert is no picnic for the animals that live here, either. The plants and animals in this landscape have evolved to respond to the unique demands of the desert.
Observing condors, rare Kaibab squirrels, tree frogs, rattlesnakes and chuckwalla lizards in their natural habitat, Casey discovers there is a lot to be learned from the animals’ physical and behavioral adaptations. He also has a rare opportunity to work with endangered species, including a Mexican gray wolf he releases into the wild. “Casey and the Condor” - From the north rim of the Grand Canyon, Casey Anderson spots one of the most endangered and iconic american birds, the California Condor.
Wild Justice on National Geographic Channel
From the 1,100 miles of coastal waters to the high deserts, the giant sequoias to Sierra Nevada Mountains, the 240 California Game Wardens patrol all of the states 159,000 square miles.
As the only line of defense in these sparsely populated, and often deadly places, this small group of law enforcement officers are constantly in pursuit of poachers, polluters, and illegal marijuana growers; while still making sure hunters and anglers follow the rules.
Wild Justice: Caught Red-Handed Sunday, March 11, at 9P ET/PT
Warden Brian Boyd, his K9 partner Phoebe, and the Shasta County Sheriff's Department are part of a Marijuana Eradication Team. In the pre-dawn hours, they mount a raid on a multimillion dollar illegal growing operation.
The torrential rain not only makes the long trek more dangerous and challenging, it dulls the scent detection abilities of the K9 tracker. After hours of hiking, they finally find the growers' camp and storm it. K9 Phoebe bites one suspect on the head to stop him from fleeing
Wild Justice: Shooting Spree Sunday, March 11, at 10P ET/PT
In the Sequoia National Forest, Fish and Game wardens work to shut down a wild rave where hard drugs and hard-partying teens run rampant. In Northern California, Warden Kyle Kroll gets a radio call about shots fired.
It's unclear who the good guys and bad guys are. All Kroll knows is that there has been a shooting spree and some people are badly wounded and need medical attention . . . and they might be armed and dangerous.
Warden Kroll also launches an investigation to find a convicted poacher who allegedly kidnapped a baby deer and is keeping it inside his home and letting it sleep with his children. Video “Gunfight Fallout” - Wardens fight to save the lives of two gunfight victims.
