Charlene Tilton admits it was the 'perfect' time for her to leave 'Dancing On Ice'.
The former 'Dallas' actress was voted off of the ITV1 show last night (05.02.12) and while she was sad to go, she thinks it was the right time because she had been plagued by an injured shoulder throughout the duration of the celebrity skating competition.
She explained: 'It would have been fun to hit the half way mark, but I'll be very honest, I don't think my shoulder would have lasted another week... so it came at the perfect time.
'I knew it'd be really really tough and I'd never done anything athletic in my life, and as a child I wore braces on my legs and I had corrective shoes... so I was always the kid that everyone made fun of - so for all you guys that made fun of me, take that! Look at me, I last until week five.'
Charlene - who was partnered alongside professional skater Matthew Gonzalez - admitted while she considered quitting 'every day', she was determined to continue in the competition.
She added in an interview with ITV1's 'This Morning': 'I knew it was going to be difficult, but I wanted to quit every day, I'm not gonna lie and I never really told him [Matthew] that much!'
