"Bering Sea Gold," produced by Thom Beers’ Original Productions, premieres on Discovery Channel Friday, January 27 at 10PM ET/PT. Friday, January 27, the creators of the Emmy-winning "Deadliest Catch" present an underwater frontier where anyone can strike it rich as manly men scour the depths of the frigid Bering Sea for gold, leaving the crab for Sig and the DC boys."Bering Sea Gold," produced by Thom Beers’ Original Productions, premieres on Discovery Channel Friday, January 27 at 10PM ET/PT. Set in Nome, Alaska, where gold is found in the most unlikely of places -- the bottom of the Bering Sea -- the 8-part series focuses on four dredge operations run by driven, and often desperate, people whose very livelihoods depend on finding gold.
